South Coast Winery's roots go back to the early 1980s when founder Jim Carter Jr. was just a boy and fell in love with the Temecula Valley. He founded the winery in the mid 1990's and has turned it into an award winning winery, spa and resort destination. South Coast Winery has won the prestigious California Winery of the Year award two years running for their excellent wine and wine tasting experience.

Guest can tour the facilities, enjoy food at the on-site restaurant and stay in one of the resort bungalows. The location offers 76 private villas that have no common walls to increase privacy. Tasting room prices range from $7.50 - $9 for wine club members and $15-$18 for non-members.
