Palumbo Family Vineyards and Winery is a small 12 acre winery that specializes in small lot, hand crafted wines that are grown from grapes exclusively on the property. Founder and owner Nicholas Palumbo purchased seven acres and a home in 1998 which lead to an additional five acre purchase. Mr. Palumbo planted his first grapes on the same day his Daughter Sophia was born which lead to the location being named Sophia's Vineyard.

The tasting room is open Friday Noon-5 p.m., and on the weekends from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. During the week it is open by appointment only. Palumbo Family Vineyards offer an exclusive wine club as well as wine related events throughout the year.
